New on contract and almost no signal

Hi, I have recently moved to T-Mobile post paid plan....everything looks good except that I can't make any calls. I get 1-2 signal bars on my iPhone 5S with very poor voice quality. The T-Mobile coverage map is very deceptive....and based on the coverage map the customer support person takes the decision, so its very hard to convince them. I have filed the complaint 25 days back and have been requesting signal booster, but no progress or updates....

 

Please help...
