Has anyone been able to successfully pre-order a samsung s5 using JUMP! ? I have been on and off the phone with support and some of the representatives have told me it isn't possible whereas the others say I can. When I tried online it failed when I tried to add checkout but it let me select the phone and gave me all the eligibility details.
I understand that with JUMP! you have to turn in your old phone for the credit and that the new S5s won't be sent out until the release date but why can't the system take the pre-order and then as soon as the new phone is received the old phone could be shipped back. This is exactly the same as any other online JUMP! order except that the date you will receive the new phone is a little further out.
The advertising for the pre-order talks about how if you order before March 31 then you are the first to get the phone but how is that fair to all the JUMP! users who want the exact same thing. I have been with T-Mobile for years with my family and then on my own plan for a few years and I have always loved their service but this seems unfair to the JUMP! users.
If someone has been able to succesfully pre-order with the JUMP! plan please let me know as I am sure I am not the only one looking for answers
